Actually, the text I listed in the link is from Farmer Burns. Regardless of whatever impression you have of Matt Furie, the regimen enlisted in the Farmer Burns text is still applicable (if completely old school). It's very well rounded in being able to provide a lot of strength and flexibility conditioning.

My nephew is really strong for a 19-year old kid. Unfortunately one of his older videos isn't on youtube anymore. But, he does very well for himself.

GroundAndPound has a little shameless behaviour in the past
the shit that they're doing is insane. **** they're strong. how many hours a day do they train to do that stuff?
