I know, I try to eat alot but I still cant gain wieght, thats why im trying to gain muscle.

does anybody else think the creatine is unnecessary and a waste of money? You're only 14, your body isn't done maturing. You may gain some weight naturally in the next few years, but I think that Creatine and excessive Protein use will not help (and can hurt your body). A lot of people on this board need to wait to take supplements because, from my experience, most of the threads about adding mass are from early to mid teens whose body's aren't done maturing.

I had this exact same problem from 15 to 16 (now 18). I couldnt gain any weight no matter how much i ate and i was very skinny. I weighed around 10 st 10lbs and i was 6 foot. I did some weights, mainly just my biceps and i still didnt gain much weight. Thats when i started reading up on nutrition etc. From there on I started to gain alot of weight and strength. Eat right - Eating a lot will do nothing unless your eating the right stuff. This means protein e.g. meat, dairy products, nuts, eggs e.t.c. Also you need carbohydrates e.g. pasta, rice, jacket potatoe. Youll also want to eat fruit and veg to ensure your getting all the vitamins you need.

Eat as many substantial meals a day as you can (6 if possible) - At first it will be really hard to eat alot as your body wont be used to digesting the amount of food your taking in. You have to eat even if you feel you cant manage another mouthful, thats the only way youll teach your body to eat more. Soon youll start craving more food and it wont be a struggle to eat. Youll want a serving of protein, carbohydrate and some vegetables or fruit with every meal. Youll also want to snack e.g. a peanut butter sandwich between meals to get an extra bit of protein.

Eat within an hour of waking - You must eat within an hour of waking. If you do not do so then your body will enter starvation mode and your metabolism rate will be very low, this means you will not be abe to eat as much as normal. This is one of the most essential things you must do to gain weight. Try and have a very big breakfast e.g. a large bowl of oats or muesli (good source of carbohydrates).

Drink lots of water - I never used to drink water and had about 2 glasses of fruit juice and a can of pepsi a day and that was it. Not surprisingly i started to gain weight fast when i started to drink alot of water. Your body needs alot of water to function, without it your metabolism rate will drop and gaining weight will be much harder. As well as water youll want to drink lots of milk. I recommend a glass of milk with every meal and a glass of water between meals. This will add alot of protein to your daily diet and youll get the water on board you need.

At your age, height and weight id seriosly hold off on doing any weights. The reason your late to mature and so small is probably because your body is simply not getting the nutrients and food it needs to grow taller and gain weight and muscle. You dont want to be damaging yourself and preventing bone growth which not only will make you short and small but could also result in a need for surgery later in life.

If you stick to these guidelines i have absolutly no doubt that you will gain weight. Not only will you gain weight but you will gain it quickly and youll be able to sustain weight gain over a very long period of time.

Dont take suppliments as they are no substitute for eating the right foods. At your age there is no need to take them.

maybe your not eating enough, or your eating all junk like candy and stuff that your body cant use. if you want to gain weight especially muscle you gotta eat a ton of protein and carbs. protein bars and shakes can be helpful but if you wanna gain weight you gotta eat alot of real food too.also if your doing cardio cut it back you might be burning too many calories. then go hit the gym and work out like cracy. trust me if you do this you will gain weight.
