Gaining strenght while cutting?

i am still trying to cut a bit of weight, im 135, going down to 132, but i still have to get my strenght up. i dont rele know how do gain strenght with out gaining zero or very little size,looking for strenght training 2 times a week.
(routines,reps,sets)???

First off, whats your height and what are you gonna participate in? (grappling, kickboxing, mma ect...)
