Training Help

Ok well I need help in my training I'm not really a begginer but I started weight lifting for football since last year I kinda got instructed by my coach instead of me making my own workout plans. Anyway I want to get lean, strong, fast and this is for wrestling and maybe boxing. Im 5 9 and weigh 166, really I'm being honost I can run for hours and still have energy to run even more so please someone help me out here can someone make me a good split workout system that helps in what i need thanx
