From what you said we have similar goals in mind.

This is what I do:

Day 1

Arm Curls:

12 x 50 x 1
15 x 35 x 1
25 x 25 x 2
40 x 15 x 2
(fore arms / biceps)
Shoulder Push:

12 x 35 x 1
15 x 30 x 1
25 x 20 x 1
40 x 12 x 1
(shoulders / neck)
Bench Press:
150 x 12
175 x 10
225 x 6
250 x 4
(chest / triceps)
Day 2

Heavy Bag 15minutes
50 sit ups
Speed Bag 15minutes
50 sit ups
Stationary Bike 30minutes
50 sit ups

These work outs kill me. Im not looking for performance im looking for show :P
