isphius has a little shameless behaviour in the past
This may help a little, if you have a hill near you, make use of it! I have a state park near me, with tons of hills. And i ride my bike there, a lot of constant cardio, Then to do anaerobic training i get off the bike and carry it in front of me or over my head while jogging up a hill till i cant go any further, then i get back on the bike and ride down or up if its close to the end and let my heart rate come down and do it again. If you do this a few times, it only takes about half an hour, you will be totally dead at the end and have gotten a pretty good workout that you can really feel. I noticed a massive improvement in my cardio after doing this for a few weeks, even in the gym i dont get tired nearly as fast
