Seriously I cant find anything on the internet about this issue******

I am looking for a good weight training routine for MMA (Muay Thai and BJJ)** Does anyone have any links on a good routine or could give me some pointers** I CANT FIND ANYTHING on the internet** Im looking to compare and contrast, but all I am finding is the 3 day split routine** Doea anyone have anything else or any other routine that I could compare and contrast with? Like what do you think Urijah Faber's lifting routing is, or BJ Penn******all the top fighters** Thanks All!

Well i've adopted a few things since watching the UFC all access stuff so you might find some interesting ideas in there** Also xtreme couture does a online personal trainer thing but you have to pay for it**
www**xtremecouturelifestyle**com

looks pretty cool, as you a personalised routine given to you by the xtreme couture team** I also quite enjoy some of Bas Ruttens workouts from his big book of combat** The weights session is knackering and the boxing and thai boxing tapes are pretty good for conditioning i find** Also believe Matt Hughes has his workout schedule on his website http://www**matt-hughes**com/blog/training-diet/ not that great but interesting schedule and diet stuff**

Hope that helps a bit**
