Seriously I cant find anything on the internet about this issue******
I am looking for a good weight training routine for MMA (Muay Thai and BJJ)** Does anyone have any links on a good routine or could give me some pointers** I CANT FIND ANYTHING on the internet** Im looking to compare and contrast, but all I am finding is the 3 day split routine** Doea anyone have anything else or any other routine that I could compare and contrast with? Like what do you think Urijah Faber's lifting routing is, or BJ Penn******all the top fighters** Thanks All!
