WTF IS WITH YOU FREAKS OF NATURE

Im a pretty damn strong guy, i can do 35-40 chinups if i really try, bench press like 220-230 if i really really pushed it. im about 155-160 and 18 yrs old.

man everyone here is ****ing insane, everyone listed there bp at like over 300 pounds or more. The threadtsrater had a sick bp and said it was weak.

mma gorrila's are dangerous muther****ers. you people make robbie lawler piss his pants.

24 years old, 5'10" 160 lbs

bench: 245 6 reps (first day doing bench press)
deadlift: 265 max (I suck...just started doing them a month ago)
squats: only doing bodyweight variations for endurance and explosiveness

Im really amped...I dont bench press and today, since Im injured on one leg I cant do my usual training...so I decided to start doing bench press...to my surprise I did 245 for 6 reps and could probably do more but didnt want to get another injury....I dont do body building and my strength has been developed with bodyweight exercises and deadlifts, swings, snatches, and bent and side press....

These are fairly what I can do, haven't maxed out in a while though. No point.

no offence dude but theres no way you could lift those numbers.

When I was on supplements before I was around 180 in weight and I think the most I put up was 225 on the bench. Alot of my training back then was pushups and pullups though, I could rock those all night, which alot of the big guys at the club doing security with me couldnt do.
