lmao ok either almost everyone is a beefcake and they are lying about their body weight or im extremely weak

im 5,10 170pounds
bench: 165 3X8
squat: 225 3X10

i dont deadlift
ive never done max lifts

My squat is higher than my deadlift, its because I cant grip the bar a well after about 320 pounds. and I dont use wraps.

your probably right it is good but i have no one to show me correct form, and barely anyone ever does them at my gym (its a really small community gym), so most people are older and im alone or close to alone in the weights area.

look up deadlifting on youtube.com you see the proper form there by the pro's avoid the kids with no belts etc...Saftey first
