Also, I did the pen thing, and they point in at a 45 degree angle. So now I have Scoliosis, Lordosis and my shoulders are too far forward. Awesome.

Ive got that thing too, my coach calls it an anterior tilt. One thing that really helps me is to lie on a swiss ball with my shoulder blades being the main point of contact and hold two 5 pound plates in my hands and stretch ouch, I do it like 5-6 times a day for a few minutes and it feels great. If you do it, move you arms up and down periodically so you hit it from different angles.
