Ive got that thing too, my coach calls it an anterior tilt. One thing that really helps me is to lie on a swiss ball with my shoulder blades being the main point of contact and hold two 5 pound plates in my hands and stretch ouch, I do it like 5-6 times a day for a few minutes and it feels great. If you do it, move you arms up and down periodically so you hit it from different angles.
