another pain during squats

anyone get this? i was doing squats and idk why but all of a sudden i got a burning sensation like in my kidneys... left side

idk if it's a hernia but it doesn't come up it just started yesterday so idk what to do

You don't get a hernia in your kidneys. See a doctor.

If you're too poor, wait a week and see if it goes away. It if goes away and doesn't come back, continue as normal. If it persists or comes back at some point in the future, see a doctor. Yes, even if you're poor. You'll be even poorer if you're forced to pay for dialysis for the rest of your life.

Give some more details, was it painful or did it feel like the burning sensation of being worked out good.

Try doing a lighter load for a week or so, and if it continues go to doctor.
