I have been doing MMA for quite some time now, and still do not know how to get a six pack. How would i get one using an MMA workout, or what exercises should i use/how many reps? i cant do anything using weights though, so only exercises that you do without them. If anyone has seen Never Back Down, my future goal is to get a six pack, and then try to get the body Ryan McCarthey has. So if you could help with getting that too, that would be great.
I already told you how to do it. It's not an exercise issue. It's a nutritional issue. We all have abs, some more developed then other but we all have them, most of ours are hidden behind a few layers of fat.
