your joking right no offense to the guy but he aint that big, look past the biceps and chest and youll understand .everything is fine now i went to sherdog and got a good powerlifting routine which works awesome

split routines have no place for fighters dont no whether the people who post them are fighters

yeah your right, my bad. i really just looked at the first picture. other then the biceps hes not that big. anyway good luck with the routine.

Look for Military workouts - avoid workouts that produce flashy muscle you want the real deal.

Don't exempt cardiovascular and calisthenics for your power cleans - just because you can explode doesn't mean you can endure and just hold up with strength.
