what do you normally do when weight training

if youre training as an mma fighter?

im starting training in mma and was wondering if i could get some advice on writing up a weight training programme that would be effective in mma, i can write up a programme for building a better body, and was just wondering what the difference was between the two, and a bit of advice in writing one up, i currently weight train 3 days a week

stay off the weights and do cardio training. Or do explosive full body exercises and plyometrics
