one method of conditioning i do is a 'lactic acid tollerance' training...when your shoulders and legs are 'burning' and feel 'heavy' after a few rounds on the heavy bag, this is due to lactic acid build training your body to cope with this build up, you teach it to get rid of the build up faster and more can train lactic acid tolerance through 'complexes'(doing 2 or more exercises in sucession with the same load..for example give this a go:
barbell hang cleans 5 reps, push press 5 reps, front squat 5 reps, back squat 10 reps...pick a weight you can do 8 reps for and complete the complex for 2 minutes, rest 30-60 seconds then do this again 5 this may seem simple, but it is simple and brutal
as for energy system training, train for 15-20 minutes at 75-85 percent of your mhr
