List of Exercises for upper body.

I've been making a blog (If thats what you wanna call it) with a list of the best workouts for different parts of the body. Ex: Triceps, Forearms, Biceps, etc. And I was wondering if you guys new any that directly relate to MMA or dont involve weights since all of the workouts ive found and use, do involve equipment. I also have tips for working out and if you guys like the workouts, I was gunna post some cycle. I've been doing alot of online research for this, but I cant really find any that don't involve dumbbells and such. Also I'm struggling in finding workouts for back and core. Any help would be appreciated so hopefully i could post one Lengthy blog on all the upper body exercises to prevent the MANY posts asking roughly the same thing.
Thanks!

for mma training, some of the best upperbody exercises, in my opinion, are:
barbell/dumbell push press
dips
pull ups
one arm military press
polymetric push ups
hang cleans

for core training, look at some of the 'old school' traditional exercises...im talking about the 'turkish get up', 'windmill', full contact twist' and, although you cant do this in a gym, sledgehammer training

Planks and side planks are really good for your lower back and core, and pull ups and chin ups etc are good for your back and general upper body strength
