Question Teen Weightlifting?

Question Teen Weightlifting?
I wanna get some muscle, but i have no clue how to start. Im 16 year old male btw.

Can anyone give me a work out program that will get me started, and get me to have nice pecs, biceps, triceps and lose bit of belly fat.

Ive tried working out before but i have no clue what to do, so a workout program would be greatly appreciated, and once im stronger and fitter im starting mma with my friend.

Thanks alot

The only way you will lose fat is to clean up your diet and do cardio, also you can't lose it from a certtain area, only lower your overall percentage.

For the love of god do not just work your biceps, triceps and pecs. Muscular imbalance ftw! Other than that I would say go to Bodybuilding.com.

I totally agree with that. Cardio is the only way to lose fat quickly. Swimming and running being the best methods for me.

interval training is very good for burning fat, and to build some muscle i would advise stronglifts 5x5, their program helped me get stronger and more defined very quickly

like 'the negation said', dont just train biceps, pecs and biceps...it will only lead to injury...i would reccomend building a workout with lots compound moves and once you develop a good strength base in these lifts then you can start to isolate muscle groups with specific targetted training...
some exercises i would reccomend are:
power cleans
deadlift
lat pulldowns/pull ups
dips
military press
crunches
leg raises

notice how i didnt mention the bench press...thousands of people preach the benefits of the exercise but i think there are better choices, e.g dips

i hope this helps

a bunch of those workouts you listed are for more advanced lifters and the bench press is actually a good chest builder as well as dips, but dips hit the lower chest. people who dont believe in the bench or dumbell press are 9 times out of 10 doing it wrong.

Teen drug use is a much better route to getting healthy. I'd give it a shot. A shot, get it?

I actually laughed when I read dips instead of benching. Look up Bill Starr's 5x5 routine and follow it through-upping the weight and all as the program says.
