Danreid has a little shameless behaviour in the past
week workout advice

monday - [Plyometrics] - Strength training - [Skill training] - Conditioning drills - long distance run (43/4 hours)
tuesday - Strength training - Sparring - [Skill training] - Core training - long distance run (33/4 hours)
wensday - [Plyometrics] - Strength training - Conditioning drills - interval training (33/4 hours)
thursday - Strength training - [Sparring] - [Skill training] - Core training - long distance run (33/4 hours)
friday - [Plyometrics] - Strength training - [Skill training] - Conditioning drills - long distance run (43/4 hours)
sataday - Strength training - [Sparring] - [Skill training] - Core training - long distance run (33/4 hours)
sunday - rest

thats a sample of my week. what do you think a bit ott ?
is their anything i have missed out? anyway of improving this please say.
