what if there are odd numbers ?
Should i join in on the pad work ? This makes it difficult on keeping track of the times (after all they have paid so its got to be done right). Or should there be 1 group of 3, this does mean that there is more waiting around for that group. I could work out on the pads as well but get a timer but these look pretty expensive.
Or any examples of different type pad work, im doing the conventional jab, straight right/uppercuts & Hooks. I'll keep it simple as a couple of practice runs involving hooks within combinations didnt go down to well with the women with no experiance.
Any help much appreciated.
