I'll be running a boxfit/boxercise class soon BUT..

what if there are odd numbers ?

Should i join in on the pad work ? This makes it difficult on keeping track of the times (after all they have paid so its got to be done right). Or should there be 1 group of 3, this does mean that there is more waiting around for that group. I could work out on the pads as well but get a timer but these look pretty expensive.

Or any examples of different type pad work, im doing the conventional jab, straight right/uppercuts & Hooks. I'll keep it simple as a couple of practice runs involving hooks within combinations didnt go down to well with the women with no experiance.

Any help much appreciated.

3-way is a good idea but it takes more coordination to make it efficient... you can also make 1 person work on the bag or something like that

I'd incorporate stations, including the heavy bag like Zemelya said, or jump rope which is an excellent addition to boxing workouts.

These girls are going to have to learn more combinations in the long run, though.
