A good intense mma specific conditioning circuit?

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a intense mma specific conditioning circuit that increases conditioning and strength. MMA rounds are 5 minutes so ideally this circuit will have to be 5 minutes aswell. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Pick 3 exercises and perform each one for 20 seconds. Keep going for 5 minutes without any rest so you perform 5 sets of each exercise. Choose 1 upper body exercise 1 lower body and 1 cardio. Here are some execises you oculd try. Upperbody: Push press, clean and press, dumbbell snatch, Press ups over medicine ball. Lowerbody: Squats, plyometric box jumps, Medicine ball jump squats, lunges. Cardio: Sprawling, burpees, squat thrusts, tuck jumps.
