need some quick advice
hey so i joined a mma club. this is the schedule for it.
mon - 6-7 is cardio also some strength, 7-8 is stand up mma like punches, kicks and all that, 8-9 is grappling.
tues - 7-8 stand up mma
wed - same as mon just no grappling, well there is but i dont got the gi suit.
thurs- day off
fri - open training 6:30 - 8:30
so i was thinking on thursday and saturday to do a work out at home.
two to 3 workouts would be good. For sure i will do pull ups, maybe push ups and one more workout to work my lower back, legs, and all that.
pull ups - upper back and shoulders
push ups - chest and arms
one more suggest me a good one that works all the parts at the same time or instead of push ups ill do 2 workouts that work all the body parts at the same time.But pull ups stay for sure.
so help me out and yeah. it be a 2 times a week routine.Cuz sunday is a day off.
