i have been using strength lifts 5x5 and got up to week 7-8 but stopped and started a hybrid workout i made based of SL 5x5. I want to know if theres any workouts i should remove or add to be more effecient and gain more muscle/lose fat. My goal is to tighten up my body.

leg curls - 75

over head press - 125
arm curl - 100
chin ups - 137.5

dead lift - 220
ab crunch front & sides - 3x12 + 100 pounds
also i could really use some good cardio/conditioning tips or workouts.

Im old school cardio....RUN....but interval train so you run in bursts and then slow your heart rate......once its slow again you hit it hard.....google interval running im lazy thismorning and you'll find what you need.......
Hope it helps you i went from 196 to 162.5 in less than 2 1/2 months.......
you do 137 chin ups and 137 pullups???
