Need advice on my workout schedule
i have been using strength lifts 5x5 and got up to week 7-8 but stopped and started a hybrid workout i made based of SL 5x5. I want to know if theres any workouts i should remove or add to be more effecient and gain more muscle/lose fat. My goal is to tighten up my body.
(i also have a knee injury from the miltary and cant squat over 170 pounds)
heres what i got.
squats - 150 pounds
leg curls - 75
bench press - 150
over head press - 125
arm curl - 100
chin ups - 137.5
pull ups - 137.5
sit ups - 3x12 +25 pounds
dead lift - 220
ab crunch front & sides - 3x12 + 100 pounds
also i could really use some good cardio/conditioning tips or workouts.
