Any good power workouts with absence of weights?

Is there any good workouts to build power WITHOUT bench-bars ect.

What are you looking to improve? Kicking, Punching, grappling?

You can just replicate all the movements of normal weighted exercises but with bags of sand or jugs of water.

Weight-free workouts.. burpies are good, any plyometric exercise is going to have a positive affect on your 'explosiveness' in motion.

pushups, plyometric pushups, hindu pushups, plank exercises, pullups, chinups, crunches, jumping jacks, sprints, stairs, dips, squats, wallsits

just off the top of my head. not all power workouts, but you need cardio too.

There's a good program by Pavel Tsatsouline called "the Naked Warrior". Basically it's ass to ground 1 legged squats(pistols), chin ups and pushups. You basically do the chins and push ups until you can do them 1 handed. Very challenging shit!

Plyometrics and resistance training. It all depends on what you want to look like and perform like. For me, more resistance = more endurance and a leaner body

Explosive press ups, burpees, bastards (burpee with a press up), Jump squats, jump lunges, explosive get ups and tuck jumps. All these are good to help improve explosive power if your short of kit.

plyometric training...

Deep stances and handstands to build muscular endurance, with clapping pushups and squat kicks (coming up out of a squat and throwing a kick) for explosive strength.

At least those have worked for me when I'm in a position where I don't have access to weight training equipment as well as most of the time when I'm prepping for a fight.
