Pure lazyness

How is everyone doing?

Simple enough question: How is it I can stop being lazy for me to really start working out?
It's super ridiculous. I always say: "Ok, tomorrow morning I'll get up, stretch, do some pushups-situps-squats."
But guess what? You're right. I don't do it. Simply because of pure lazyness.
Is there anything that could help me STOP being this way? Personal experiences, advice, anything would be helpful.
I tried the JUST DO IT aspect, but that still didn't work.

just try to think of the benefits of it what is you want to get fit for nobody can make you do it its up to you.

you could start off slow by jus walking at first or do sum stretches just to loosen the muscles that havent been used for a while.

but at the end of the day its up to you.

disipline.... Tell yourself that your going to do it for someone you love not even yourself and make the promise to yourself....once you start its pretty hard to stop after about 2 weeks....

Those 1st 2 weeks suck, but I promise you.....you will find yourself needing to workout after......Try it....

Been there. Signed up at a gym and made going part of my daily schedule. That was a year ago. The girls are hot, training partners awesome and the coaches are great.

There you have it. Interview a number of gyms, pick one you like, and go....

Best ways are to start off slow, find a partner at your level that has the will to get in shape (Although personal trainers tend to be more motivational), and start eating better.

Just remember, there's no easy way. It doesn't happen overnight, these guys have been training day in day out and are dedicated.

A gym with hot girls is the greatest motivator i can think of.

But don't worry, everyone ends up lazy, some just start earlier than others

You need something to get you motivated. When I used to work security that was my motivation to work out because I had to be in tip top shape or I would get smashed. When I stopped working security I quit working out for several years and even now its hard to get motivated to train for no reason when I am already in decent shape. I don't have to worry about staying in shape now because I do prospecting as a part time hobby and that is a harder workout then weights usually.

All of this makes perfect sense to me. Its all up to me, i just have to do it. But in reality, i feel like theres something thats mentally stopping me from doing any physical activity, almost like there's some kind of problem i have to work out (depression possibly). i feel like doing anything, staying focused on what's important, etc etc.. is a difficult job for me.
Know any good shrinks? lol.
