HawaiianLion has a little shameless behaviour in the past
work on excercises that require quick explosive power and constantly drill them. the more you get used to the motion, the faster you will become at it, obviously.

a. clap pushups
b. jumping quats (sitting position with barbell across your shoulders/ crouched position without weights)
c. duck walks
and im sure there are more. take care
