sounds good but be sure never to drink soft drink (idk if u do or not) and only drink sports drinks right before or after if you don't use that sugar and and all that suff in the drinks right as you drink it it will all turn to fat. be sure you get 8 8 ounce glasses a day of water.

be sure it is brown rice you are eating not white rice or fried rice. Also cut back on all sauces of any kind thats where sugar calories and fat creep in. No cheese what so ever. also on bread always check the the back if the first ingredient on the list doesnt say something to the extent of whole grain or anything like that dont eat it. many whole wheat breads usually have had it go through some sort of process that takes alot of the nutrients out if it doesnt say that. If you want a particular brand name get preprage farm.

finally when doing cardio always do it out side you get faster results and more benefits than being on a stationary bike or tread meal. Swimming is the best thing you can do.

tell me if you want more than that.

well if you are talking about steak I think the fila mignon is the leanest cut there is if you got a grill you can pick them up at the supermarket and grill them yourself shouldn't be too hard. Get a meat thermometer and it will tell you when its done to the style you like. They taste pretty damn good too.

grilled chicken is always good just check the label or nutrition stats online to be sure.

As far as deli meats go Ham and turkey. Ham has a little bit more fat in it so turkey is better however it can make some people tired. Both are good so switch when you get tired of one. Always go for the actual deli if you can but if you cant go to the meat section and check the lable and decide for your self. I always eat hillshire if I cant get to the deli before they close.

Also dot forget about fish grilled. I know some times for one of my mid meal snacks I eat one of those individual packets of albacore tuna. Remember dont ad relish or mayo those can make a good snack turn bad.

also I though you would already know but always avoid the frier get everything baked grilled or blackened.

never ever skip breakfast anything is better than skipping.

If you are and on the go type of guy Get a book from mens health called eat this not that which breaks down all the stats on the best and worst foods in the supermarket and in most popular fast food and sit down restaurants.
