2x is fine, in fact, that's what I would suggest for someone training MMA.
Tuesday- Calisthetics and plyometrics
Friday weights in the morning and bjj at night
Sunday- mma standup (every 2 weeks)
I think you need more skill training, but it looks pretty good. As far as a 2 day split, I would do something like this:
-OH Press 5x5
-Weighted dips 5x5
