How do I gain muscle and weight
I'm only 14 years old. I'm 5'11 or 6'0 but weigh only 100 pounds. I need to seriously gain some weigh. Can anyone help?

No. I highly recommend that you do nothing. Lift weights if you want (but don't get too heavy) but other than that I wouldn't suggest anything. I'm not trying to be a ****, but you're only 14, you are still growing. Just let nature do its thing. I was in a similar position to you at that age, so I know what it's like, but basically there isn't much I would recommend doing about it. Once you've gotten older (probably minimum of 16) then I'd suggest lifting heavier and maybe taking in more calories than you do now, but until then just wait the 2 years.

Same problem here, im 15, 5 foot even, and 90lbs, just eat alot, it does not matter what eat whatever you want... but dont get used to it... and dont stuff yourself, you dont want to get fat, also get alot of protien in and creatine helps to... work out hard and soon when puberty really kicks in youll be a beast.

I agree..... I know it suck I wanted to get huge at 14 to and everyone kept telling me to wait to strt lifting heavy but you body will naturly gain mass as you mature. Once you get older and start lifting seriously or training or what not I would suggest going to GNC and getting some Creitine.

I disagree with telling this 14 year old to use Creatine. It may work, but every label or site selling it has said to wait until you're 18 before you start taking it. The thing I can see happening is this: DaSpyder goes and buys creatine and starts using it to work out. He probably won't gain much because his body isn't mature (for lack of a better term) enough to make as much muscle as he wants. But instead of thinking about that, DaSpyder will just increase the amount of creatine he is using. This will go on until he starts seeing results (by this time his body will have probably gone through puberty and he could probably naturally gain this muscle) but what he doesn't know is that he has taken so much creatine that he has done damage to his kidneys (or liver) that is irreversible.
Like I said, I was in the same position as DaSpyder and I lifted (never taking supplements) and eventually I started to add mass.

After reading the post I wanted to make a few comments:
At 6'0 you should be around 160 pounds. 100 pounds is really skinny. I have a friend with a similar build, as far as the proportions. I started to teach him wrestling and BJJ and he's one of my regular sparring partners now. He's also gained about 25 pounds (all of it is in muscle).
Just start working out. Don't over-do it and take supplements, because you don't want to destroy your body. If you train in some way or another and eat healthy you'll gain enough weight.

thats not skinny dude, my brothers like 5'8 155 and hes in good shape. cant really compare myself to you though since i'm a chick. but 5'6 135 isn't even close to 6'0 100.

You guys should all just wait untill your bodys have finished growing. Anyone seen that freaky kid who's parents made him into a body builder when he was like 7? Its not cool. And it really ****s up your body. You'll get bigger by yourself. And whats the big deal with not being big anyway? I doubt you're moving up weight divisions and getting heavier doesn't neceserily make you stronger. I'd deffo wait til I was at least 18 to start trying to bulk up. Otherwise you're going against what nature intended.
