okie doke, well for the other guys, i tried and got:

Bench: 210
Deadlift: 350
squat: 375 ish

not bad for a fat kid

How does this prevent you from squatting? I never lock out my knees fully from rack out to rack, there is always a slight bend.

It's not the bending, From them bending so much back like that, when i squat. (Going down) the knees lock up. (from pressure I guess) So it's practicly impossible to get back up.

No offence, but I highly doubt someone that doesn't train with weights could have a 375 lb squat, are you going to parallel, or just some 2 inch squats

I would do 1/2 an hour of brutal plyo before I did squats. I f*cking hate them. Something about them makes me want to break stuff.
