I cant throw a football over a mountain and i once out-wrestled a one armed kodiak bear (that one arm was strong as hell). But really, i dont lift that much anymore. When i played football in school the andro products that boosted your testosterone were still available over the counter in the u.s., so my best numbers were very inflated.

Also, ive been watching a lot of strongman lately so the standards for strength on this thread need to be changed to how many times you can squat a volvo and military press a couple of safes.

Yea, that stuff was great. I weighed 160 in high school with a 300 lb bench, ridiculous.

Confusing as to put metric or imperial.. BOTH!

I'm 19, 5ft 10 / 180 cm, 75kg / 165.3lb

Bench: 90kg x 3 / 200lb
Squat: 170kg x 5 / 375lb
Dead: 170kg x 3 / 375lb

That was 4 months ago the last time I went to a gym :'( so now probably like bench 20, squat 21 and deadlift 5

Flat Barbell Benchpress - 365 lbs
Power Cleans - 260 lbs
Parallel Safety Squat - 550 lbs
RDL - 650 lbs

I'm 6'1". 250 lbs.

Just got out of football season so I'm about to start another workout. A little after Christmas I should be around 230-235 and bench should be over 400. Squat should be about 400, cleans probably 285... No idea about RDL.

EDIT: The only supplements I take are Nitrotech/Syntha-6, N.O. Xplod/N.O. Shotgun. About to get on Creatine...

While I feel most of these numbers are inflated (benching 240ish at 155lbs without working out much ahahaha) I will be honest:

5'8 1/2 @ 185lbs

Bench: 267X1
Hammerstrength Incline Press: 360X3
