every strength board needs a comparison topic. be it for competitiveness, or just to see where you stand in the crowd.
i want you to post your max lifts, generally i'd like to know squat/bench/dead lift, but if you feel your strong in other lifts feel free to post it
if you've never maxed before, just post the most you lifted and for how many reps.
bench press - 220lbs x 3
squats - 253lbs x 5 (im going to break this on friday)
dead lift - 352lbs x 3

I normally dont do reg bench. I use dumbells on that. I incline 225x12
Squat did yesterday 315x12
and I just do hyperextensions for lower back. Last time I did them like 2yrs ago did 385x12.
I do all of these in pyramid sets
