Question SPAM muscle building program... hype?

I keep hearing so much about Edited for spam and I was wondering if anyone here has ever tried it? Everwhere I look on the internet I hear people praising this guy like some kind of god and his program as if it was gods gift to body builders and hardgainers...It's almost like a weird cult of personality, reminds me of obama mania before he got elected. I'm about to start body building and I'm thinking about giving his program a go because of all the great things I hear about it and it's supposed unmatched effectiveness.. Can anyone out there verify these claims from first hand experience or dispell them as hype ALSO from first hand experience?? Thanks

Wtf. I've never even heard of him, don't ever buy a program, EVER. Go to google and either search Bill Starr's 5x5 or Rippetoes Starting Strength. I gaurantee you that it will work 100 times better.

I don't know about all that Vince-worship stuff.. but I can tell you from experience that his program does work incredibly well.. I've been following it myself for about a year now. It's definetely well worth the investment. Lol but when it comes to this idea you say of gods gift to bodybuilders etc.. I would say that is hype.

He looks like a skinny guy with "some" muscle. I don't see the big deal about this guy

"Gain 10 pounds in 2 weeks" Not possible naturally. You can gain 10lbs of water in 2 weeks, but not 10lbs of sheer hypertrophy in just 2 weeks. That'd be hard to pull off ON roids and that's with eating your 6-8 meals and appropriate macros everyday.

Your focus should be strength and power anyway, not so much bodybuilding. If you come in conditioned, then you'll bring out the muscle contour for the cameras, apart from that, you need core strength and hip explosiveness, not this panzies 10lbs in 2 weeks BS. He must have stopped at week 1 then, cause he's not putting on 10lbs every 2 weeks for damn sure.

You ****-ass. You just joined this forum to encourage this bullshit product, which you obviously work for. I hate you.
