Repeatedly hitting yourself will do nothing to your strength and conditioning. 0:42 FTW. Lifting weights and plyometric exercises are the way to go.

If you want a workout that involves hurting yourself, a better alternative for this kind of workout, is to have somebody hit your abs repeatedly with a medicine ball or better yet a sparring session.

Im just giving him ideas, who knows he might actually find a sparring partner to whack him with a baseball bat instead of him doing it to himself.

This reminded me of muay thai shin hardening exercises like this one : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wcTrmW9OLE and this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJAR1vjgJAU . Maybe he was inspired by this?

Yeah i don't really see how any other type of training could top that, i mean i doubt he could possibly get in any better shape with that routine
