My own personal strength training video.
Hi guys!

I am new here and just posted my first strength training video on youtube. Here is the beginning of my Superior Man training. I'll post more soon of my personalized fighting style.

You could add pinching one off to help develop your forearms if your looking for quick results, just make sure to use both hands so you don't develop a muscle imbalance.
