I dont know if this is a real workout...but i put it together this morning. I want whoever tries it to see how many reps they can get done without struggling. I made it through about 15. 25 is my goal and then i will up all the reps, more pushups, more jumps, etc. The point of this is to just move as fast as you possibly can. If you dont fall over from being dizzy...let me know
Start standing, with lots of space around you, sprawl onto the ground as fast as you can, and immediatley..
Do 3 pushups as fast as you can
On the last one, spring to the ground and jump as high as you can 5 times
throw 10 punches straight in front of you as fast as you can...tae bo style.
spin in a circle as fast as you can 3 times(the real killer), and repeat
