If haven’t got a powerbag to hand then here is a challenge you can do with just a barbell. It involves doing 5 reps of high pulls, push presses and burpees and completing as many sets within 10 minutes. I did this challenge at the end of an hour circuit workout with the women using 7.5kg and the men using 15kg. If you’re going to do it fresh then I would suggest using a weight that you could complete around 12 reps of push presses with. If you really want to push yourself then perform a full burpee with a press up at the bottom and an explosive jump at the top or to make it more sport specific by doing sprawls instead. Anything above 15 sets and you are doing well.
