if my muscles are kinda sore do you think it would still be ok to just hit the bag for a while or should i just chill out and let them heal.
cause im bored as hell and my workout plan always has me a day out of the week where my legs are sore so i cant jog and my arms are still kinda aching.
If you have done legs then i dont see why you cannot do some bag work,
but if you have worked any upper body excluding back,
I would not do any bag work at all.
A guy in my gym did it once after training biceps,
I can tell you now he wont be doing it again tore his bicep.. almost 1 year out or it might have been even more.
Nether the less i wouldnt.
