WTF are you talkin about......I dont have time to be a Mod you moron....Your a real tough guy behind your keyboard but really your just an ass kissin part of that little PLAZZ clique......your a tool box with too much time on your hands.....
Apparently you did have plenty of time to mod because you kept PMing those guys asking if you could be one. I don't see how I'm kissing their ass, I'm just defending them and myself from a moron who finally gets the balls to speak when he thinks no one else is around.
Two face would be you callin on fighters to win in the past then when your wrong tellin everyone why the other fighter won.....
And when did I do that? And I don't think you understand what the term two-face means, clearly.
your a sad joke and i am not gonna go back and forth....you wanna talk shit to me PM me and dont bore everyone else with your bullshit......
I must be a joke if an even bigger joke like you recognizes me as one. You're an idiot, you never have a worthwhile opinion and that's why everyone laughs at your retarded posts.
This shit was never even addressed to you.........you say you went over there so it concerns you...then thats what you think but ftr i wasnt namin you just that main group of mods and admins......
It's not my fault you can't make it clear who you were addressing. It's like me saying "white people are assholes", then someone claims that I'm making generalizations, only for me to get angry at them because I didn't make my initial statement clear when I meant "rich white people".
Learn basic English, it'll do wonders for you.
Here is a link from where the thought originated.....this I posted in reference to the admins that starttted treating the forum like they owned it.......lol and you think i want to be a mod......i have a Career fedor>all....not all day to sit around in my underwear and post mma opinions that prove to be wrong.......
Everyone's wrong once in a while in MMA, but I think my predictions have been pretty accurate, just judging by my MMAPlayground scores anyway. Really, who are you to make an assessment about MMA knowledge? You don't understand the concept of capitalization at the beginning of sentences. And don't make me laugh. You have a career? Hopefully it doesn't involve you interacting with others because you're neither civil or educated enough to do so.
Needles to sat i feel the same way and i want these admins to know that they have done a great job maintaining the site through this situation....Norway for sure has always been solid and maybe I'm biased because we seem to have a like for almost all the same fighters and have battled alng each others side to try and make people see the light that is Lyoto Machida......
Further proof that you don't consider what you say to be worth reading over. Needles to sat? Idiot.
I should have thrown a shout out to TB and Coppershark......they kept this thing right for a long time.....
Those guys pretty much left by the time you signed up, so don't act like you have a clue how things were run around here.
Fedor>all those e-gods he is talkin about you fit right in i can remember countless threads where you would just kiss their asses cuz they were mods instead of having balls and tellin them whats up...... your a bitch
I'm a bitch because I never had a problem with how they ran things? Everything good about this site has gone to shit with rampant retards like you over-populating the forum. Those guys kept jackasses like you in check, and that's exactly why you didn't like them. If anyone's the bitch it's you, seeing as you never had the balls to say this to any of them.
Oh hey, look, I'm actually addressing the topic rather than filling a good thread with childish bickering that belongs in PMs. How novel.
This actually reminds me of a number of tennis ball drills that I used to do as well. Most tennis ball drills that I know work mostly on dexterity/accuracy, but there are a few that help with handspeed too. For one, have someone toss 3-4 tennis balls up into the air in front of you, and try to jab/jab-cross all of them as they're falling. It helps with accurate punching, and you can add/subtract tennis balls depending on how fast you are. Another one involves hanging a few (5-6 is usually good) tennis balls from the ceiling in a line or in a circle around you and keeping all of them moving at all times with punches. It helps with accuracy and handspeed, and if you put them in the circle (around you) it can be a good way to improve head movement, slipping, ect, if you also try not to let them hit you.
Finally someone who is addressing the thread. I'm going to give your exercises a try, as tennis balls are pretty good for a lot of things in relation to stand-up---like conditioning yourself to tuck your chin.
