Okay so currently I weigh about 156 and I am in lightweight, I want to bulk up to higher welterweight and really because I am in my junior year and such and already busy as it is I would like to get a good ammount of strenght training done at home. So I am wondering if anyone knows if the tower 200 works good, or what they know about it as it definetly seems sturdy from what I heard but I am wondering if it really works well? I know its sorta costly but it seems like a good tool but with these contraptions you never know so I would like to know if the tower 200 is worth it? If not what would be a good at home strength training exercise/machine that I could use at home, partly because my mom doesn't like have dumbbells all over along with a bench.
So has anyone ever used or know if the tower 200 is any good, I know you dont bulk up over night but I am wondering it it works.
