All I know is what ive seen on the commercials, but to be honest, it doesnt look like you could achieve any real good gains from it. Ill bet Randy never ever used one. That guy doing all those excersizes is just a steroided out fitness model. Ive been training a long, long time(and im always open to new things) but that wouldnt be one of them. And if you think about that handclap pushup that dude is doing, the angles of resistance are all wrong.
The thing that makes me super skeptical is that they are saying you can get good gains in 11 minutes. I researched the tower 200 and found out it only costs about 150.00. It only comes with the cable handles, so if you want to do lets say bar excersizes you have to purchase the bar seperate. I also couldnt find a nonbiased review of the thing.
