I was just curious if anybody on here has tried Randy Coutures workout for MMA conditioning?
Ive incorporated it into my workout routine and I only do it once a week (usually on a weekend day). I only use 95lbs and do 5 sets with about 1 min-15 seconds of rest between sets. Ive been doing it for about a month and a half and im finally up to five sets with perfect form (a little better than the guy on the vid). All I can tell you is, its an insane workout. Each set is about 72 reps. My goal is to get up to 6 sets with 1 min rest between, with 135lbs on the bar. Ive got a long way to go. The first time I tried it I thought I was gonna get sick after 4 sets. When I first saw the vid I thought it was gonna be easy, but its not at all.
