Need new routine

I work out at school and I have about 45 minutes every monday wednesday and friday in the weight room. The past two months I've been doing full body workouts all 3 days. I focused mainly on compound lifts like bench press military press pull ups squats and dead lifts. I would like to change my routine around but I'm not sure what a good routine looks like. Any feed back would be great.

What are you training for? (strength, power,MMA conditioning etc)
Below is a general whole body workout you could try.

Barbell clean and press 3 sets 8-10 reps
Alternating leg front lunge 6-8 reps per leg x3 sets
Bench press 3x 8-10
Stiff legged deadlifts 3x 8-10
Reverse grip pull ups (palms facing toweards you) 3 set each one until faituge
Barbell abdominal roll outs 3x 8-10
