Training books

I did a search for Martin Rooney and his book "training for warriors". I bought it today and was just wondering what you all thought/think about it.

Thank you,

I bought it and it is excelent although a lot of the workouts require equipment that i dont have access to, such as an agility ladder. I use the warmup of the book in almost all my workouts. The intro/pep talk is amazing and i get fired up every time i read it
