I didnt see another post about it but srry if there was.

But has anyone done p90x? I just started it and was wondering what kind of results ppl have seen??

P90X is good, especially if you modify the routines to suit more MMA style workout. Have a punching bag around, perhaps a sandbag. I've done P90X but I modify it a lot to suit more mma explosive strength and speed.

As for results, just watch P90X infomercial. You really don't need us to tell you if it works, just try p90x for a week and you'll begin to see results.

P90x is more for people who are pretty out of shape who want to get into shape, it really doesn't add that much mass if you already workout. Save your money and plan your own routine, its not that hard.

There's a guy in my judo class who loves it, but I crosstrain already, so for my purposes it would be redundant.

I saw an article on menshealth.com that said it was good for burning fat, but not getting muscle.

unless you have a good supply of heavy weights at home, its just a weight loss/cardio kind of weight training.

I've been on it for 50 days. It works, I'm down 22lbs. Not much stronger but in better overall shape.
