Hey guys, heres another interesting topic at least in my eyes.
I started doing a cardio/power workout this past Thursday and did close to 2 circuits, and on Friday I did 2 consecutive circuits.
It is as follows:
5 regular push-ups. 5 horizontal fist push-ups, 5 vertical fist push-ups, then elevated form of those push-ups.
5 60Lb dual armed curl, 5 60Lb dual-overhead presses, and 5 60lb squats.
My circuit length is as quick as 2 minutes and as slow as 3.
On Friday I went through the 1st circuit without much difficulty, but on the 2nd go I failed on the 5th elevated vertical push-up and 5th overhead press.
Can anyone suggest any good ideas for me now, I am having difficulty even getting through one circuit.
I rested from Saturday till Monday.
My overall push-up count isn't as great as it used to be...but I am not sure why I am struggling through these circuits.
In the past a easy set of push-ups was 50 a tough one was 100.
Any help is appreciated.
