Smile gaining weight and mma

Hi Ive a problem and I hope somebody can help me out.
Ive been training for years Karate and sometimes boxing.
Now Ive done nothing for a long time and I would like to start MMA. Most of this grappling and boxing and crossfit.

1.How can I gain weight at the same time and do MMA?
2. Can somebody post a workout guide for a week, wich I would always repeat?
3. Is it necessary to lift weights for gaining muscles or is it possible without that to gain weight like this for example:

Mo: 12 p.m. crossfit 19 p.m. grappling
Tu: 12 p.m. crossfit 19 p.m. thai boxing or boxing
and so on to the end of the week.

Is this too much or is it ok? should I run?

If it is not ok can somebody please post a guideline for me?

(sorry for my bad english)

thx

its possible to gain weight and do mma or anything. the simple science is you have to consume more calories than you are burning. say on a very exhuasting day you burn 3000calories for energy. you need to consume 4000+ cals. now that deosn't include protein which you will need to consume 2 grams per each pound of body weight you have. and carbs too. the biggest thing i can recomend if you do have an exhausting work regimine, than make sure after your workouts youre taking in fooods and drinks that will re plenish your muscle glycogen. tons of workout routines online, just use the search button

what kind of weight?

Are you going for muscular weight gain mostly or you just dont care what kind of weight you gain meaning it could be lots of fat and muscle?

whatever you decide you have to eat more but if it's more muscle...
you need to eat more CLEANLY or for the other way...

you can get away with eating what you want (just like any other non-athlete in the world) and as for a basic workout...

You need to focus more on compound lifts to build muscular weight and what you got listed wont build that much muscle

post again if you need more help from me or anybody else - we're here to help!!

Eat a dumb amount of calories for your weight thats very hard to achieve each day and kill your body in the gym with low rep sets and creatine is a plus. Its pretty simple really to gain size/posture with weight but as said above if your looking for just muscle weight its a whole new ball game.
