Strong fat people
The reason fat people are strong is because their bodies get all of the nutrition and then some. Like if you eate 1 steak and another dude ate 3 then he would get more protean and other nutrients, they would also get all of the fat too thoght, also all of the rest of the extra stuff turns into blubber, also, they move their body weight around, which makes them stronger. especially the very active fat man. While I was in the Marine corps some of the fat guys could out run skinny guys. and do more sit ups and stuff. They just eat more.

The first thing you must ask yourself is this: is this "fat" person all fat? Just because somebody has fat on them, doesn't mean that they are 100% fat, muscle and fat can exist together. Also, most people today think somebody is fat when in reality they are not fat, they just look fat compared to the Hollywood "standard". Depending on the height of this person, 200 lbs. isn't that heavy. But not everybody's body will create the toned muscle that you see in the movies/TV. Some people will appear fat when in reality they are muscular but it just doesn't look like that.

uh uh no they are not stronger b/c of the nutrients. a fat person eats about the same as a healthy person except one eats more junk food and does not exercise enough.
Fat people are strong because they carry around that extra weight everyday. it's 300lbs up the steps and back down. adding some more weight to them isn't going to have the same effect as on a 150lb person.
and fat does not turn to muscle bjj boy

Fat does NOT turn into muscle. However, muscle does burn fat.

This also is not correct, lol. People that are fat are stronger for a few reasons. In some lifts, they can put their body weight going. Once someone heavier gets their body weight going, it's like comparing a train to an automobile. It's mostly about momentum.
Also, people who are over weight usually have muscle in their, too.

This is a very vague question, so the answer is vague.
IMO, the answer is that a lot of fat people are strong because a a lot of fat people are also big. Take out the fat and they are still big.
You do get a few people who are just fat and know muscle mass, and these guys will be struggling to bench 100 pounds, but the guys you are thinking of, they have a lot of fat over a lot of muscle.
This is not a 'rocket science' issue.

doubleleg was wrong some ppl are naturally fat and cant lose all the fat but they can gain alot of muscle to hide under that fat think powerlifters
