Bicep isolation exercises are pretty unnecessary. Your average person doing bench, rows, deadlifts, shoulder presses, etc. is going to hit their biceps inadvertently. The bicep is a relatively small muscle and isolating it during exercise can lead to over-training. Some of the guys in my gym with the biggest biceps very rarely do isolation exercises.

A good video for bicep work out.I learn a lot of new techniques from this video.
Can you please guide how much time I need to spend out in the bicep work out.

Each body part that you work on should get at least one days rest before you work on it again. Don't over work them when you do work out. You can get a good weight training workout on the internet. Remember, your muscles grow most, when resting.
Take 2 cans of baked beans and keep them with you at all times. Every spare moment you can exercise with the cans, letting your biceps have an all-round workout.

I do multiple bicep workouts and I feel like none of them really work my biceps. I do curls and I do chin ups, fingers facing toward me. I was told those are really good bicep workouts but I feel like it works other muscles way more than my biceps, and they don't make my biceps soar like when I do triceps workouts. Any suggestions as to how I might get a better bicep workout? Thanks
