Try functional training

Functional training regimes such as CrossFit or Movenat are the perfect compliments to MMA. They provide workouts that include full range of motion and produce some of the fittest people in the world. If you are in Toronto, check out LP Fitness Co-op at Dundas West. They have an awesome funtional training gym and work well with MMA Fighters!!!

I wasted what felt like an eternity staring at that f*cking bland piece of sh*t that didn't even present anything of merit.

It was nothing but a bunch of BS taglines. I'm not sure if you're aware, but in between tagline A and B you're supposed to present some form of intelligent data!

Is two memes enough to denote my displeasure with this horrible site or do you require another!
