Need some help please

I was wondering that if i do my max amounts of pushups and crunches everyday and take some whey mix after , will it make me bigger and stronger? and if not then what is the way I can make myself bigger and stronger without going to the gym (because its 30mins away) THANK YOU, Rommy Ali |
ya you will get bigger and stronger, add some chin ups and some squats and your set.

Visit the gym once and try to consult a trainer (depending on your desired goals). Obtain a list of strength and conditioning program. If I where you, I would not try to do it myself since I might do something wrong or overdevelop one part of my body. The key is balance so as to avoid injury. One visit to the gym and after having inputs, you may never have to go back.

You can get stronger with your bodyweight trainig only at home, but I would use more than 2 exercises! squats, lunges, pullups/chinups, handstand work aswell as core exercises all play a part! I could design a program for free for you if you want
